The historic United Charities Building located on Park Avenue South will be renovated with new office, lobby, and retail spaces. The addition of a large skylight and high-pitched ceilings will create a sunny expansive space on the 9th floor. Major core improvements include the intricate placement of new core stairs, structural modifications to accommodate modern, collaborative office layouts, and completely new mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems.
