Frame 122

Located in the Clinton Hill neighborhood of Brooklyn, 122 Waverly Ave will be a 33,000 square foot, 5-story residential building with 15 rental units, cellar parking, and a central common courtyard. This project is to be constructed with an emphasis on sustainable building practices featuring a mass timber superstructure, solar panel array, and passive house windows. The apartment design looks to highlight the buildings Cross-Laminated Timber Slabs and Glue-Laminated Timber Columns & Beams by leaving these elements exposed with a natural visual-grade finish. The exterior of the building, featuring a mix of brick and metal panel facades, will offer residents an outdoor experience with a series of balconies that overlook an inviting common courtyard area, as well as a green roof and picnic area in the backyard.
