CMA is working closely with Steiner NYC, S9 Architects, and Paris Forino Interior Design to build a high-end condominium building that will stand out in the fashionable, ultra-hip East Village. This remarkably-designed building will contain 82 apartment units with elegant finishes, custom kitchens, and high efficiency interior climate controls.
Amenities will include a fully equipped gym, indoor pool, steam room, sauna, and more than 18,000sf of artfully landscaped outdoor spaces. The intricate brick façade matches in scale to the neighboring buildings and adds character to this historic neighborhood.
