CMA is working with CB Developers, SK Development and the POD Hotel to build a mixed-use modular POD hotel in Williamsburg. Designed by Garrison-Architects, the hotel is a unique building type of four buildings separated by courtyards and linked by bridges.
The hotel’s 249 guestrooms will be constructed offsite and installed at the site, allowing for superior quality and attention to detail. The job’s complicated modular construction and unique zoning characteristics are well suited to CMA’s advanced sequencing and site logistics planning. Boasting courtyards, rooftop amenities, a 100-car garage, and commercial and restaurant space, 626 Driggs will be a vibrant addition to the thriving Williamsburg neighborhood.
