Leadership Team

An uncompromising priority of CMA has been to deliver Construction Management and General Contracting at a superior level of quality that goes beyond the industry standard. Our Management Team, their experience and commitment to detail and excellence, allow us to rise above the competition and show why we are “built on reputation.”

The CMA team is comprised of over 85 Engineers, Architects, Construction Professionals, and administrative staff plus 100 laborers and trades people.  Our offices are located on East 4th Street in Manhattan, which includes the core project management group and Gateway Center Newark which serves our New Jersey Projects as well as our estimating, accounting, risk management, human resources, and general administration operations.

It is crucial to create a dedicated team for each project that is ready and capable of adapting to ever-changing conditions that present themselves.  In most recent times, CMA was successful in staying the course, and being a stable, reliable, and professional representative for their clients during a very unpredictable time. These principles have allowed CMA to deliver with the full satisfaction of their clients.
